tiny sweet gifts

Just some tiny sweet gifts simply too precious not to share. Grateful for such thoughtfulness from our dear friends.

First week home alone with the little one. Physically and emotionally feeling alot better these days. Able to enjoy each moment like I should. Falling deeply in love with Emma as each day passes by. It was hard to imagine loving another child after our first born, but the love is different yet just as special. Trying to establish some routine by spending family time together each night away from the tv and computers. Meagan loves to read her little books while Emma loves to fall asleep at the sound of big sis's voice. After the little ones are both asleep, the hubby and I just sink into the couch and relax before the next day begins. We are in desperate need of a date night!

Meagan rings the door bell with some darling wild flowers acquired during a bike ride adventure with daddy. With blushed cheeks and hands filled with dirt, she proudly presents her gift to mommy. If only she knew how much joy and happiness she brings to us each and every day.

A special mail delivery from my dear friend Mags. It was such a sweet suprise to receive these delicious chocolate covered strawberries and mini cheesecakes from http://www.berries.com/. Instructions stated best consumed within 48 hours. Looks like I will be busy the next few days! Thank you Mags for such a sweet gift!
